1. Schedule time and location for Regional Future Stars competition.

        Arizona

        Weekend of October 2,3 2004

2. Schedule time and location for Regional Future Stars camp.

        Reno, Nevada

        Weekend of October 23, 24 2004

3. Schedule time and location for 2005 Regional Championships.

        Southern California

        Weekend of April 7 - 10 2005

4. Review and critique allotment system

        Allotment system is ok as it is, however, to better fill the unfilled holes created

        by various circumstances, we must try to have all states hold their championships on

        the same weekend.

5. Discuss Regional Championship format

        At this time, we see no reason to change the format.

9. Discuss Regional Select Team

        This will be one of the main topics at the July meeting. Until we have a good working

        plan, I feel we should hold off on speculating about the Select Team.
